You can delete your DocPro account and the information we store about it at any time. You don't need an account to use DocPro's tools, so if you never created one, there's nothing on our servers to delete.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open DocPro and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete forever. It's deleted straight away.
Or ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, send a request below from the email address on your account. We'll confirm by email before deleting anything, so nobody else can delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account: name, email address and password hash.
- All sign-in sessions, on every device.
- Your signature requests, including the documents and signed copies stored for them.
What isn't affected
- Files on your phone, and files you've already shared or saved elsewhere. They're yours, and we never had a copy.
- Your DocPro Pro purchase. It belongs to your Google Play account, so you can restore it later.
- Anonymous usage counts and crash reports. They were never linked to your account, so there's nothing to remove.
Cloud Plus subscribers: deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
